Bio

Laura Duncan

Fiddle/Vocals

As our fiddle and harmony singer, Laura is a classically trained  violinist.  She has performed in several symphony orchestras and in stage shows with touring artists such as Lyle Lovett, Kenny Rogers, Bobby Vinton, Bob Hope,  Roberta Flack and more.  She has a passion for classic country, bluegrass and western swing music.  She serves on the orchestra staff with Jenks Public Schools.  Laura is from Broken Arrow OK.

Kim Birdsong

Lead Guitar

Kim has been a lover of music from childhood.  She played in the school band, and took private music lessons on piano guitar and banjo growing up.  She also enjoys playing bass guitar. She has always had a   passion for classic country and bluegrass and  learned to love western swing music while playing guitar and bass with an all girl band for several years.  She also played bass with the Birdsong Brothers.  Kim is from Sand Springs OK. 

Larrell Birdsong

Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar

Larrell comes from a musical family.  He started singing and playing rhythm with the family band at about the age of 10.  While in College, he and his brothers played for the Oklahoma State Student Entertainers at OSU and for local clubs and parties.  They served as the house band for the Candlewood Supper Club in Tulsa for a couple of years.  They also took 2nd place in the Professional division at the Tulsa State Fair during that time period.  They still like to get together and play when they have an opportunity.  Larrell is from Sand Springs OK.
